RIGTOOLS is a pioneering company founded in 2010 in Denmark. Key personnel from leading offshore drilling companies joined forces setting a team of highly specialized drilling experts. We develop and sell tools to onshore as well as offshore drilling rigs. All our products are developed from hands-on experience and all fall under the banner "Safety and efficiency”. We are growing and want to ensure focus on the untapped potential amongst our current clients as well as new clients and are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen.
About the job
You will be a big part of our small international team in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will report directly to our CEO. You will assist our 4-man commercial team optimizing sales to oil drilling rigs and contractors worldwide.
About the tasks
Your day-to-day tasks will primarily be focused on sales and admin tasks. This means that you will be:
· Managing current and new customers (phone, mail, TEAMS, physical visits, trade shows, etc.).
· Preparing and sending quotes and order confirmations to our customers.
· Analyzing market data as well as internal sales data.
· Developing and maintaining technical sales materials.
About You:
We expect that you have practical experience from an offshore drilling rig or other relevant experience from the industry. As Assistant Sales Manager you will need to have good organizing skills, have a good eye for details and thrive when you navigate in a busy and flexible environment. Your English skills are excellent, as our corporate language is English.
You have a huge personal drive. You are service minded, and You manage to work with many different types of tasks and relations at the same time and you have good communication skills. You can also create result on your own as well as through others and as a part of a team.
